What is Event ArchiTek Builder?

Builder helps event producers create one event plan and export the right view for production teams, presenters, clients, stakeholders, and packet users.

How do I sign in?

Use the login code provided for testing. Each tester has their own login code and event list.

Can other testers see my events?

Testers see events they own plus events an Admin shares with them. Shared access may be Viewer or Editor.

Does Builder autosave?

Yes. Changes save automatically. The header shows the current save status, such as Saving or Saved.

How do I create a new event?

Use New Event near the top of the sidebar.

How do I add cues?

Use Add Cue. If a row is selected, the new cue is added below it. Otherwise, it is added at the bottom.

What does Duplicate Cue do?

It copies the selected cue and its Cue Details, then places the copy directly below it.

What is Add Section Marker?

A Section Marker is an organizing divider, similar to a section in Asana. It structures the Run of Show without adding time.

How do multi-day events work?

Open Event Setup, then Days, to add or edit days. Each day can have its own date, location, and start time.

How do I load a template into a specific day?

Select the day tab first, or use Load template into when viewing All Days.

What is a Role View?

Role View changes which columns and details are emphasized while working, such as Producer, Stage, AV, Talent, Client, or Print.

What is an Output View?

Output View controls what appears in previews and exports, including internal production, client-facing, talent, AV, and stage manager outputs.

What are Presenter Packets?

Presenter Packets collect the information a presenter needs. Internal and private production notes stay out of presenter-safe outputs.

What is the difference between Preview and Export?

Preview lets you check an output in the browser. Export creates a PDF, Excel workbook, or editable Word packet, depending on the action.

Can I paste links?

Yes. Links in supported Media / Asset and note fields remain editable as plain text and become clickable in supported previews, PDF, and Excel outputs.

What is Build Assist?

Build Assist previews a future feature for turning rough event notes, old MxM documents, or planning notes into Builder-ready structure. It is not active AI yet.

Send feedback directly to Gregory during the friend-testing phase.
